How we work

A realistic timeline, set early and kept to

Once measurements and fabric are confirmed, most commissions are completed within ten to fourteen working days, with a touch longer during busier wedding seasons — we'll always confirm a date that fits your event before work begins.

Progress is simple to track: you'll hear from us once your preview is ready, and again once your shawl is finished and on its way.
